Chamaeleo roperi

Chamaeleo roperi was originally described from Kilifi, Kenya. 

Erroneously, highland populations are attributed to this cryptic taxon… 

I collect evidence for very strange resurrection. So far, Animals  resembling this taxon have been scatteredly reported from the Kenya coast from Lamu south to  KE-TZ boundary or even on Zanzibar...
